Terms of Service — Ambi Support
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
Welcome to Ambi Support. By accessing or using our website, firmware repository, troubleshooting documentation, and technician consultation services (accessible at ambisupport.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, please refrain from using our services.
1. Nature of the Platform
Ambi Support operates as an independent technical knowledge platform, repair documentation library, and firmware repository designed for electronics technicians, service workshops, repair engineers, and television owners. We provide hardware specifications, motherboard pinouts, troubleshooting workflows, and software references to assist in the diagnosis and recovery of Smart TV displays.
2. Technical Disclaimer & Risk Allocation
Flashing television firmware, writing eMMC/NAND memory, and servicing high-voltage LED/LCD display electronics carry inherent risks. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Hardware Verification is Mandatory: Televisions produced under the same model series frequently incorporate different internal motherboards, tuner revisions, and display panel timings. You are strictly responsible for physically opening the TV chassis and verifying that motherboard silkscreen part numbers (e.g. TP.MS338.PB801, CV358H-A50) and panel codes match before installing any firmware.
- Data Backup Responsibility: Technicians must make raw binary backups of existing SPI flash and eMMC partitions prior to executing any USB or ISP firmware upgrade.
- Limitation of Liability: Ambi Support, its authors, and engineers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper firmware selection, power failure during flashing, mainboard bricking, panel solarization, or physical board damage.
3. Technician Consultation Services (Paid WhatsApp Support)
Ambi Support offers optional one-on-one technical consultation via WhatsApp (paid consultation) to assist technicians with complex motherboard matching, bootloop diagnosis, and binary file identification. Consultation fees cover the professional technician’s time, research, and diagnostic guidance. While our engineers utilize verified engineering repositories, we do not guarantee that hardware with physical processor defects or shorted gate driver COF chips can be revived via software.
4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
All original editorial documentation, troubleshooting guides, architectural schematics, and platform code on Ambi Support are the intellectual property of Ambi Support and protected by copyright law. Firmware binaries indexed in our repository are archived solely for interoperability, maintenance, and repair purposes under established fair use and right-to-repair principles.
5. Trademark Notice
All brand names, trademarks, product model numbers, and logos referenced on Ambi Support (including but not limited to TCL, Samsung, LG, Haier, Xiaomi, Sony, Panasonic, Android, and Google) are the registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention on this website is solely for technical identification and interoperability reference. 6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
