- Format a USB flash drive (8GB or 16GB USB 2.0 recommended) to FAT32 with MBR partition scheme.
- Extract the downloaded firmware archive (.zip or .rar). Locate the target firmware installation file (.bin, .pkg, .img, or update.zip / CtvUpgrade.bin / allupgrade_*.bin) and copy or move it directly to the root directory of the USB drive (do not put it inside any subfolder).

- Press and hold the physical power button on the TV panel, then reconnect the power cord.
- Keep holding the power button until the standby LED begins flashing rapidly or the software upgrading screen appears.
- DO NOT disconnect power or unplug the USB drive during upgrading. Wait for progress to reach 100% and the TV will reboot automatically. When the welcome screen appears, pair your remote control and complete initial setup.
